For automatic functioning boiler uses fuel from Category I (pellets, coal, etc.). For this, boiler is equipped with bunker, fuel and air feed system based on an auger and a fan, burner, control and monitoring panel and thermal indicators. The functioning process is provided by the electronic control panel. By the command of electronic panel, the feeding system supplies the burner with a dose of pellet and air for combustion initiation and maintenance.
For semiautomatic functioning boiler uses fuel from Category II (briquettes, wood, etc.). For the functioning with this type of fuel, boiler is equipped with a cast iron grate, mounted above the pellet burner. The functioning process is also assured by the electronic panel, only the fuel supply is done manually through the front door of the boiler.
BOILER WITH SEMIAUTOMATIC FUNCTIONING
This boiler is manufactured at the request of the buyer, based on universal boiler. In this case, the universal boiler is devoid of bunker, fuel feed system and burner. In the same time boiler remain equipped with the electric control panel, air feed system (fan), cast iron grate and all the thermal indicators. The input hole of the auger with burner is maintained and is covered with a window, hermetically fitted in 4 screws. The functioning process is the same as at the universal boiler, the variant of semiautomatic functioning.
Important! At any time, the buyer can transform his semiautomatic functioning boiler in an universal boiler with automatic and semiautomatic functioning, for this being enough only the buying of accessories mentioned above. This change does not require structural changes, everything is provided from the factory.
